Camping near Peschiera
Peschiera covers quite a large area at the southeastern end of Lake Garda. The old town within the fortress walls has a selection of hotels and more are located on the two arms of the lake shore which extend to the west and east of the resort.
The town is one of the easiest to reach on Lake Garda, with easy motorway access from Verona and Brescia, and it is one of the only lakeside resorts with a train station.
The proximity of the beaches and amusement parks such as Gardaland make the option of camping very popular with families.
The lakeshore area on both sides of Peschiera is lined with campsites and, of course, these days many of the camping complexes also offer mobile homes and bungalows for holiday rental.

The Bella Italia is a fairly massive camping complex to the west of Peschiera town centre between the main road and the lakefront.The campsite operates its own water park with no less than five swimming pools and there is also access to a sandy beach on the lake.
Camping pitches are available for rent and other accommodation is in mobile homes, bungalow, apartments and a hotel on the site.

Camping Bergamini is named after the former fishermen's village on the lakeshore between Peschiera and Sirmione.The sizeable camping complex offers beachfront bungalows and caravans as well as a mix of shady and sunny pitches for pitching a tent.
